Telemetry relies on FastF1 and OpenF1 APIs. Occasionally, official timing data for specific sessions may be incomplete or delayed. Report persistent issues via email with the circuit and session details.
How do I compare two drivers?
Select a Grand Prix, session, and target driver from the dashboard controls. Then choose a reference driver from the secondary selector. Press R to swap them.
What is Engineer View?
A compact, dense layout for power users who want to see more data simultaneously. Toggle with the ENG button or press E on your keyboard.
What is X-Mode?
X-Mode is a special driver mode deployed in specific circuit zones to maximize performance. Activation segments are highlighted in purple on the speed trace. The Lap Insights panel shows total X-Mode usage % per lap.
How does the gap delta work?
Gap delta is calculated using distance-based interpolation — not raw time difference. This is the same method used by F1 pitwall engineers to measure true car performance across the lap.
Can I export data?
Yes. The telemetry panel includes CSV and JSON export buttons for any selected lap.
Which browsers are supported?
All modern browsers: Chrome 108+, Firefox 110+, Safari 16+, Edge 108+. Best performance on latest Chrome or Firefox.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. The web platform is fully responsive from 375px. A native app (iOS/Android) is on the long-term roadmap.
