Termsof Service

By using the Telos F1 platform ("Service"), operated by Connexa Studios, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users and Pro subscribers.

Telos F1 is a telemetry-analysis platform dedicated to Formula 1. The Service includes:

• Display of F1 telemetry data (speed traces, gap delta, sectors)
• Interactive real-time and historical dashboards
• Event calendar and circuit information
• Race predictions, strategy tools, replays, games (Gridle, picks, leagues) and an AI assistant; some features may be reserved for paid plans if and when they are offered

The Service is under continuous development. Some features may be incomplete or change without notice.

Age requirements: to create an account you must be at least 16 years old. By registering you declare that you meet this requirement. If we become aware of an account created by someone under 16, we will delete it together with the associated data.

Creating an account is required to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date information during registration
• Keeping your sign-in credentials confidential
• All activity carried out through your account

Connexa Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without obligation of notice.

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal or unauthorized activities
• Automated data collection (scraping) without written authorization
• Interfering with the platform's infrastructure or security
• Sharing sign-in credentials with third parties
• Reselling or redistributing the data provided by the platform

Free access. At the time of writing, all features of the Service are available free of charge. We may reintroduce paid plans or one-off passes at any time; when we do, prices and what each includes will be shown in Euros (EUR) on the Pricing page before you pay, and nothing is charged without your explicit action at checkout. Reintroducing paid options will not charge anyone who is on the free offer.

Paid options (when available). Paid plans (Pro, Elite) renew automatically each period at the then-current price until cancelled. One-off passes (for example a 72-hour Weekend Pass) are a single payment that does not renew. A free trial, when offered, is for new subscribers only; the first charge occurs when the trial ends unless you cancel before.

Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time, self-service, from the Billing page via the Stripe portal. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for and no further charges are made.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Connexa Studios does not store your card details.

Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content or services that start immediately, you lose that right once the service has been fully provided, or once it has started if you expressly asked for it to start immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal. We will ask for that confirmation at checkout. Outside this and except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise, amounts paid are non-refundable, including partial periods after cancellation.

All platform content — design, code, logos, graphics, names — is the exclusive property of Connexa Studios and protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

The Formula 1 data used is subject to the rights of Formula One Management Ltd (FOM). Telos F1 is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by FOM or the FIA.

The Service is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability or data accuracy. Connexa Studios is not liable for:

• Service interruptions, technical errors or data loss
• Decisions made by the user based on the data displayed
• The outcome of any race, or the accuracy of any prediction, probability or AI-generated text. Predictions are statistical estimates, are sometimes wrong, and are not betting, financial or sporting advice
• Indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit

Connexa Studios reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of Naples, Italy has jurisdiction.
