By using the Telos F1 platform ("Service"), operated by Connexa Studios, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users and Pro subscribers.
Telos F1 is a telemetry-analysis platform dedicated to Formula 1. The Service includes:
- Display of F1 telemetry data (speed traces, gap delta, sectors)
- Interactive real-time and historical dashboards
- Event calendar and circuit information
- Advanced features reserved for Pro users (X-Mode, Engineer View)
The Service is currently in Beta. Some features may be incomplete or change without notice.
Age requirements: to create an account you must be at least 16 years old. By registering you declare that you meet this requirement. If we become aware of an account created by someone under 16, we will delete it together with the associated data.
Creating an account is required to access certain features. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, up-to-date information during registration
- Keeping your sign-in credentials confidential
- All activity carried out through your account
Connexa Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without obligation of notice.
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Illegal or unauthorized activities
- Automated data collection (scraping) without written authorization
- Interfering with the platform's infrastructure or security
- Sharing sign-in credentials with third parties
- Reselling or redistributing the data provided by the platform
Telos F1 offers a Free plan with basic access and paid Pro and Elite plans with advanced features. Paid plans are available with monthly or annual billing; current prices are shown in Euros (EUR) on the Pricing page. Annual billing may not be available online for all plans: in that case it can be requested by writing to billing@telos.connexastudios.com.
Free trial: new subscribers are entitled to a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial; the first charge occurs at the end of the 7 days (day 8), unless cancelled before that date. The free trial is reserved for new subscribers and does not apply to anyone who has already had a subscription (active or cancelled).
Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until cancelled.
Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time, self-service, from the Billing page of your account, via the secure Stripe portal. After cancellation you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period already paid for; no further charges are made.
Payments: payments are processed by our provider Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Connexa Studios does not store your full card details.
Refunds: except as provided by mandatory consumer-protection law, amounts paid are non-refundable, including partial periods following cancellation. To avoid charges simply cancel before renewal; thanks to the 7-day free trial no charge is made until day 8. We do not offer a "satisfied or refunded" guarantee.
All platform content — design, code, logos, graphics, names — is the exclusive property of Connexa Studios and protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.
The Formula 1 data used is subject to the rights of Formula One Management Ltd (FOM). Telos F1 is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by FOM or the FIA.
The Service is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability or data accuracy. Connexa Studios is not liable for:
- Service interruptions, technical errors or data loss
- Decisions made by the user based on the data displayed
- Indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit
Connexa Studios reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of Naples, Italy has jurisdiction.
